Job Location: In-Person, onsite Tuesday & Wednesday

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Contractor

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to each clients needs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect and support each other on their mental health journey.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify presenting issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.

• Valid and current Maryland state license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
• Proven experience providing individual and group counseling to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a therapeutic alliance and collaborate with colleagues.
• Passion for making a positive impact on clients mental well-being.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, contributing to a positive clinic culture.
