Director of Rehabilitation – PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR

The Therapy Department at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Glen Burnie is seeking a full‑time, salaried Director of Rehabilitation to lead our skilled nursing facility. The position is responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and administration of the Rehabilitation Department and for ensuring the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Rehabilitation Department and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment among physical, occupational, and speech‑therapy staff.
• Lead the development and implementation of rehabilitation protocols and stay updated on current best practices.
• Support department staff in providing solution‑oriented guidance and assistance during uncertainties.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

• Active state license as a physical therapist (PT) or occupational therapist (OT) is required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.
• Prior experience as an ADOR or DOR is preferred.
