Exempt – Compensation: 32–35% collections, $800–$900 daily rate for first 6 months.

Benefits
  • PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure.
  • Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked. 40‑hour max.
  • Holidays: 8 holidays (eligible for Full‑Time positions only).

Bonus: All dental practice employees are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on the practice’s achievement of key performance goals, including net production, net collection, and office visit targets.

Position

Summary
  • Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on the Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care.
  • Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies.
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
  • Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field.
  • Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other dentists, office managers, and other staff members.
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD license.
  • Active CPR certification is required.
