R.E. Michel Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Support Clerk/Customer Service Rep to support our Credit and Accounts Receivable teams at our HQ. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Credit and A/R teams
• Process mail, checks, invoices, and customer requests
• Assist with mass mailings and credit references
• Maintain email and fax communications
• Serve as backup receptionist when needed

• Strong data entry, typing, and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills
• Office experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
