Description

Monsignor Slade Catholic School, a Pre‑K (2) through 8th grade school located in Glen Burnie, Maryland, is seeking a full‑time front office receptionist who will perform a set of administrative and office support activities for our school community.

Essential Functions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Greet, vet, badge, and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage student sign‑in and sign‑out procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and faculty.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic inquiries and provide information to parents, students, and staff.
  • Manage databases and spreadsheets as established by school principal.
Position Qualifications
  • Friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Familiarity with school procedures and policies is a plus.
  • Teamwork with an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00, Hourly
