Wage Rate: $18.50 per hour.

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. The positions are essential in a non‑retail, non‑public setting. All employees receive PPE.

About This Position
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (some overtime required)
This is a full‑time position with benefits starting from day one.
We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross‑training across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational warehouse servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to:
- Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team
- Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team
- Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
- Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks
- Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting inventory
- Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of mobile scan guns, modern MHE, computers, tablets, and more
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
