Position: Lead .NET Fullstack Developer (Angular & Azure)

Additional Information *

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Glen Allen, VA is $110K - $120K/year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and architecture of fullstack applications using .NET and Angular.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions on Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features.
  • Code, review, and ensure best practices in software development.
  • Mentoring and providing technical leadership to team members.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Azure, leveraging services like Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, and SQL Database.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with .NET (Core and Framework) development.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (version 14 or above).
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and deployment models.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and containerization (Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred but not required
  • Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Developer).
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with other front‑end frameworks and back‑end technologies.
