MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
The primary function of the Membership Director is to sell health club memberships by promoting the benefits of health and fitness to prospective members.
DUTIES
- Generate new sales for the club through prospecting.
- Provide effective membership tours to prospects.
- Retain current members.
- Provide exceptional service to all members regarding club policies and inquiries.
- Execute contracts properly.
OBJECTIVES
- Produce new memberships and meet sales goals.
- Retain existing members and meet renewal goals.
