About the Role
Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States and is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest, Every Time. As a store‑front sales specialist, you will execute Victra's sales process, share product knowledge, and create the ultimate in‑store experience with a product‑friendly, customer‑focused approach.
Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.

Typical total compensation ranges from $40,000 to $64,000 annually, comprising a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period and enjoy a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer‑service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (Nov-Dec).
- Minimum age 18.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer‑based training is required throughout employment.
