The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead our Youth Development programs in the Hanover and Glen Allen areas. Responsibilities- Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.
- Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators.
- Regularly visit sites to assess quality and support staff.
- Lead data collection efforts (e.g., attendance, behavior, surveys).
- Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners.
- Manage budgets with precision and transparency.
- 2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in underserved communities.
- Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
