Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 4 AM until end of shift. Early start times may be required.

Manages the meat cutters, wrappers and packers to ensure efficient processing while meeting specifications and customer preferences. Responsible for GMP compliance, quality standards, and efficient product flow.

• Supervise associates: staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient meat cutting, wrapping, and packing process.
• Review work schedule, oversee safety checks on equipment, obtain supplies, and prepare for operations.
• Oversee housekeeping duties; maintain clean and sanitary equipment and work area.
• Assist meat cutters, wrappers, packers, and sanitizers as needed.
• Secure equipment and complete necessary paperwork and reports at shift end.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of meat operations, including meat cutting, wrapping, and packing with team‑lead or supervisory experience.

$65,000 to $80,000.
