DescriptionAbout the Role:
The Quality/Training Manager identifies and assesses training needs, creates tailored training plans, and implements training methods to enhance employee's skills and performance.
What You ll Do:
- Work effectively with Work Management Team to recommend training and quality solutions focused on improving employee performance.
- Recommend improvements utilizing thorough understanding of all internal training and quality processes.
- Ensure measurable positive results and outcomes associated with training and quality.
- Review and assess candidate's education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
- Provide timely updates to the Work Management organization regarding any potential issues on quality and training.
- Conduct daily training of field employees.
- Prepare daily reporting on training and quality results.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or another related field; or
- Minimum to 2 years operational and supervisory experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail industry knowledge/experience.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good analytical skills, independent judgment within established systems and procedures.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
