* Build strong client, industry, and technical community relationships and represent Apex Systems as leaders in Industry and Professional events and communities. Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
* Demonstrate expert-level technical knowledge, skills, and effective professional consulting skills. Serve as a subject matter expert. Build trust and respect among internal and external stakeholders and model collaborative teamwork.
* Provide thought leadership to inspire others about agile principles and their benefits, create an engagement roadmap, communication plan, and any necessary reports for client delivery.
* Manage the day-to-day engagement delivery including Engagement Kick-off (Launch) process, Engagement Delivery Responsibility Matrix review, financial and risk management, sales and engagement practice support, and manage client expectations in conjunction with Solution Sales Executives.
* Manage the day-to-day project delivery and Project Team resources from origination to completion. Accountable for staff planning, selection, hiring, project onboarding, performance management, general employee relations, corrective action, and offboarding in close collaboration with Talent Strategy, Account Leadership, Practice Consultants, and Delivery - Analysts.
* Schedule and facilitate Internal Business Reviews and internal cadences with stakeholders and collaborate effectively to manage quality of delivery.
* Manage client expectations and related client communications, usually in conjunction with internal client leadership team. Provide detailed tracking of Tasks and Deliverables associated with assigned projects. Complete and submit project deliverables and milestones and obtain client acceptance, ensuring quality and timeliness.
* Evaluate the culture and structure of the organization, collaborate with client staff to establish a long-term vision and guiding principles, identify obstacles and impacts of initiatives, and create strategies that ensure successful implementation.
* Lead end‑to‑end journey delivery in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including requirements intake, translation to user stories, build oversight, testing, and release readiness across cross‑functional teams.
* Oversee content and experience integration between Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AJO—managing components, templates, and personalization to ensure brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance.
* Ensure platform quality and performance by driving QA processes (functional, data integrity, and regulatory checks), managing defect triage, and resolving technical issues related to segments, triggers, identity, or content rendering.
* Enable insight‑driven optimization by partnering with analysts to develop Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) dashboards, reporting, and performance KPIs.
* Maintain governance and compliance standards, including documentation, SLAs, and adherence to healthcare/regulatory communication requirements.
* Oversee delivery planning, handle project risks, prepare documentation, and assist in team development by supporting their commitments, eliminating obstacles, and utilizing organizational resources to enhance project work capacity.
* Oversee and ensure all deliverables are met in alignment with the Statement of Work.
