  Typical 7am-5pm (start 7-9am); 1 week in office, 1 week remote
• Local candidates only – no relocation or travel required

• Handles Private Personal Information (PPI), Company Sensitive Information, and Credit Sensitive Information

• Proven experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Prior experience with implementations – full life cycle projects (list a few projects)

• Full lifecycle implementation of vendor software solutions (requirement gathering, testing, integrations, process improvement)
• Experience working with third party vendors and improving business processes
• Understanding of the critical nature of cyber security
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Ability to read and understand architecture diagrams, program coding, and scripts

• .Net or Java programming; experience developing/enhancing interfaces; vendor software implementation

• Works fairly independently on the most complex projects at the highest technical level across all phases of application systems analysis.
• Can handle the most complex work and all aspects of the job using wide knowledge of the field.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer capacity and limitations.
• Formulates or defines system scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Monitors projects' progress and results.
• May provide input in setting objectives and policy, identifying critical issues and introducing new concepts.
• Makes decisions independently.
• Provides assistance, advice, and solutions to peers, customers, and co-workers.
• Identifies and implements better work alternatives and business processes.
• Guides and advises less experienced Systems Analysts.
• Performs other duties as requested or assigned.

5+ years of directly related experience as a Systems Analyst.

Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalency.

Preference for candidates with experience in a Utility or Regulated Industry.
