• Lead technical linear infrastructure designs and prepare contract documents for municipal and industrial clients, including planning, execution, and close‑out.
• Assist in developing design concepts, criteria, analysis, and design methodologies; evaluate alternative designs and conduct constructability reviews.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, engineering reports, construction plans, and specifications for projects with medium to high levels of complexity; perform QA/QC and value engineering reviews.
• Provide services during bid, construction, and post‑construction phases.
• Support business development by creating proposals, estimating, and planning projects.
• Coordinate and mentor technical staff and oversee project teams in collaboration with other Project Managers.
• Engage in technical societies and associations to stay current with engineering standards and emerging technologies.

• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure design, including gravity pipeline design, pressure pipeline design, and trenchless pipeline rehabilitation.
• Proficiency with Federal, State, and local environmental regulations applicable to municipal and industrial clients.
• Knowledge of national and industrial engineering design codes, standards, guidelines, and best practices for complex structures and projects.
• PE license in VA, DC, and/or MD required; ability to obtain additional licenses through reciprocity.
