Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through the project's lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out).
- Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
- Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
- Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle; ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed.

- Percentage of travel greater than 40 miles: 70%
- A license or certification
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, environmental science or closely related field
- Proven experience managing the NEPA process for transportation projects
- Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with NEPA projects beyond transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of NEPA and the environmental process
- Experience managing EA/EIS projects
- Preference given to local candidates

- Ability to interact with various design teams; excellent organizational, project management and communication skills

Washington, DC: $133,140 - $190,200;
Baltimore, MD: $116,498 - $166,425;
Fulton, MD: $122,045 - $174,350.
