Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Solutions Specialist to support Info Quest clients. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to client service. The Solution Specialist will coordinate projects, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and ensure deliverables are executed smoothly. This role requires excellent customer service support and a professional attitude.
What You'll Do- Act as supporting point of contact with client, maintain relationships, and assist with program planning.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., field operations, corporate operations, sales) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Track progress, anticipate challenges, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and client feedback. Own all project updates with client and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and devise strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects our standards of excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or another similar field required.
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in Consumer Products, brand or agency experience.
- 2-4 years of experience directly managing clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and shifting business needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely with team members as well as clients.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience building polished, professional, client-ready presentation decks.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Market Research industry is a plus.
