• Pay Ranges:
  • Technician $62,500 - $85,000
  • Master Technician $80,000 - $105,000
  • Senior Master Technician $100,000 - $150,000

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership policies and procedures
• Test-drive vehicles, verifying work and proper operation of systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
• Utilize Internal Escalation Process during difficult repairs
• Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

• 5+ Years of Ford Service Technician experience preferred
• Ford specific diagnostic testing experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, enjoys having fun
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment IDS/FDRS
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
