About the Role

Degree Heating & Cooling is seeking a Licensed Residential Plumber to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our plumbing services within an established and respected HVAC company.

As a Plumber, you will perform residential service, repair, and installation work while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our leadership team to help grow our plumbing presence in the community. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager and based out of our Glastonbury office.
What You'll Do

• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
• Run service calls and effectively communicate pricing and scope of work
• Establish strong customer rapport and deliver five-star service
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards
• Collaborate with HVAC and office teams to support company growth
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and company events

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have

• An active CT Plumbing License (P2 or higher preferred)
• Experience with residential plumbing systems and installations
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience using Service Titan (preferred but not required)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• A valid driver's license
• A positive attitude and desire to grow within a team environment

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Must prioritize safety and follow OSHA and company safety standards
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands to operate tools and equipment
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces and confined areas
• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs regularly
• Work is performed in residential homes and may include exposure to hot and cold seasonal conditions
