We are seeking a full‑time Licensed HVAC Technician to join our team at SM Mechanical Services. Based on‑site in Glastonbury, CT, the technician will be responsible for diagnosing and addressing HVAC issues, performing preventive maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment. The role includes handling tasks such as troubleshooting, plumbing systems evaluation, and maintaining compliance with EPA standards, among others.

• Experience with troubleshooting HVAC systems to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
