Pay and Benefits- Base salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
- Total first year compensation typically ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 when combining base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions.
- Potential for top performers to earn over $100,000 in their first year.
We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Glastonbury office and surrounding area. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. This is not a remote position.

- Sales support, including earning commission for leads even if other team members close the deals.

- Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers.
- A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life.
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.
