Description
PositionResponsible for building and configuring core, group, and voluntary worksite benefits utilizing various benefit enrollment software. This position combines analytic and project management skills with an ability to simplify complex information from many sources.

Job Description / Essential FunctionsCoordinate and conduct systems testing and training for new business and service cases
Research and resolve client, broker, and Benefit Counselor inquiries about enrollment system and process issues.
Bachelor’s degree, or comparable experience required. Health and Life license highly desirable.
Experience Requirements- 3 to 5 years plus years in a comparable position.
- Experience with Plansource, Selerix, Employee Navigator and/or other enrollment software and be well-versed in employee benefits ranging from medical, dental, vision, group, and voluntary products.
- Detail-oriented, have exceptional customer service and computer skills, and be able to work under and manage tight deadlines. Job requires extensive use of Excel (manipulating and loading data) and configuring an existing technology system to meet specific benefit requirements.
- Excellent project management skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time in order to meet position objectives.
- Insurance background and/or voluntary benefits experience required.
- Reliable, professional, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, able to work with diverse group of clients and staff, ability to work in fast-paced team environment, and flexibility to manage changing parameters and timelines.
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Internet Explorer; databases; and web-based systems. - Ability to work constructively and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to professionally and appropriately communicate with and solve problems for diverse client base.
- Accurate, thorough and consistent work output.
