Data processing clerk

Position Overview

Team Zak is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining data in company systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.

• Process and update data in company databases and internal systems
• Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness
• Verify, organize, and maintain digital records and files
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
• Generate reports and assist with data tracking when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing data
• Follow company procedures and data processing standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
