Data Entry Assistant

• Enter and update information accurately into company databases and spreadsheets
• Review data for errors or missing information and make necessary corrections
• Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
• Assist with compiling reports and retrieving data when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies
• Follow company policies and procedures related to data entry and management
• Provide general administrative support when required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
