Team Zak is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining important data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of maintaining accuracy while handling large volumes of information.

• Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems
• Review and verify information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and organize electronic records and files
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Assist in generating reports and compiling information when needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
• Follow company procedures and data management standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
