Administrative Assistant - Job Posting
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in providing high-level support to both staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
+ Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments
+ Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
+ Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval
+ Assist with invoice processing, basic data entry, and other bookkeeping tasks
+ Support executive staff with confidential projects, timelines, and task tracking
+ Order and manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance requests, and manage vendor relationships
+ Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings
+ Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure office efficiency
Desired Skills and
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related administrative role preferred
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Suite a plus (Source: Q1 Demand for Skilled )
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
+ Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data entry and record management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
