This is a permanent role, however applications seeking a seasonal role for the Christmas period will be considered.

Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse during your scheduled shifts. You’ll manage a small team, ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, and maintain a well-organised warehouse environment.

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team during weekend operations.
• Ensure all orders are processed, picked, and packed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage stock levels and assist with stock organisation and replenishment.
• Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise, providing practical solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to managing tasks and people.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
