Employment Type: Temporary / As Needed ZERO Hours contract.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Car Delivery Driver to join our Transport team. This vital role provides driving cover during staff holidays, sickness absences, and peak operational periods. • Prepare hire fleet vehicles to a high standard for customer delivery, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Organise and prepare vehicles scheduled for delivery the following day.
• Maintain a well‑organised depot parking area, allocating vehicles as directed by management.
• Assist with deliveries, collections, and vehicle swaps, managing associated paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members, attend meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Depot Manager.

• Embrace empowerment and make decisions within agreed parameters.
• Work with management to improve processes and performance.
• Handle challenging situations professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and suggest enhancements to services, systems, and workflows.
• Anticipate potential issues and act proactively.

• Internal: Engage with all levels of staff across teams and divisions.
• External: Liaise with clients, logistics providers, repairers, and salvage agents.

• A full UK Driving license
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• A dependable team player willing to support colleagues during busy periods.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet performance targets.
• Experience in a transport or logistics environment is desirable.
