The Court Padel & Pickleball Club offers state-of-the-art facilities, including four panoramic padel courts and two professional-grade pickleball courts. Members and visitors also enjoy access to Trackman golf simulators and a reformer Pilates studio. The club features a cafe and sports bar, providing an inviting environment for socialising, dining, and relaxation.
Role Description Customer Service & Member Experience- Welcome members and guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Provide high-quality support and guidance on club facilities, services, and programs
- Handle feedback constructively, resolving issues where possible
- Build positive relationships with members and guests, promoting a sense of community
- Ensure all bookings, payments, and memberships are processed efficiently and accurately
- Assist with scheduling and managing court reservations
- Maintain the club in a clean and safe condition
- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained
- Actively promote club services, memberships, and products to members and guests
- Process sales in our Pro Shop
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and guests
- Model the club’s values, energy, and passion for sport at all times
- Passion for sport, fitness, and active lifestyles (racket sports experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic numeracy skills for handling bookings, payments, and cash
- Reliable, proactive, and high-energy
- Previous experience in front-of-house, hospitality, leisure, or sports clubs
- Experience with booking systems, POS systems
- First Aid or Health & Safety awareness
