As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling enterprise‑grade AI platforms that power next‑generation intelligent systems across the bank. • Expert on building GenAI applications and Agents using frameworks like Lang Graph, CrewAI to design stateful, multi‑step reasoning loops and autonomous multi‑agent swarms.
• Context Engineering & MCP:
  Implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and persistent memory architectures (Episodic/Semantic) to ground agents in real‑time data.
• Proficiency in using natural language intent to rapidly prototype and steer non‑deterministic systems.
• AWS Tools experience like Bedrock, Guardrail, Lambda, Glue, Sage Maker AI, Elasti Cache, Step Functions, S3, IAM, KMS, AWS Knowledge Base, pgvector, knowledge graphs
• Observability & LLMOps: RAGAS, Lang Smith/Langfuse, Custom logging and tracing, Token usage and cost tracking

• Experience in PEFT (LoRA/QLoRA) and RLHF/DPO to fine‑tune LLMs for specific domain tasks, style alignment, or structured output reliability.
• Quantization & Inference:
  Hands‑on capability in Model Quantization (GGUF, AWQ, EXL2) to deploy high‑performance models on constrained hardware.

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

• Development and delivery of high‑quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
