Relief Young Project Worker

As a Project Worker with ASA Recruitment, you will work alongside young people providing emotional support that involves building positive relationships ensuring that their individual needs are met.

Applicants must also possess excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

• A variety of shifts with various clients making no two days the same.

Build trusting relationships with young people and provide a safe, non-judgmental space. Help young people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies. Assist with goal setting, employment, and personal growth. Ensure each young person receives the right help.

• Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
• Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in housing, social work, or mental health services is desirable but not essential.
