Overview
Plumber - Reactive Maintenance
Location:
Glasgow
Rate: £22-23 per hour | 40 hours per week

You'll be responsible for attending domestic council properties and completing reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Reactive repairs to leaks, pipework, and fittings
- Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, and basins
- Unblocking drains, waste pipes, and traps
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults
- Minor bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
- Working safely in occupied properties
- Completing job sheets and liaising with supervisors
- £23 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Van and fuel card supplied
- Long-term, ongoing contract
