We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a global Facilities Management provider delivering services across commercial contracts throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
• Carry out minor installations and project works where required
• Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations
• Complete job reports and documentation accurately
• Participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota
• Provide excellent service to clients across commercial sites

• Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Experience working within commercial maintenance environments
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
• Previous experience within Facilities Management
• IPAF / PASMA
