Plumber​/Pipefitter

Plumbers & Pipe fitters – Shipbuilding | Govan Morson are recruiting Plumbers & Pipe fitters for a major BAE Systems shipbuilding project in Govan . 12-month contracts with strong potential for extension. Role:
Fabrication & installation of small and large bore pipe spools Work in Pipe Shop and on ship Materials & fittings incl. flanges, elbows, T-pieces, Blucher pipe, Lokring couplings Hand bending pipework (pulled & hydraulic) Reading trade drawings Strict adherence to SHE, PPE & RPE requirements Requirements:
Time-served with trade papers Experience in shipbuilding / marine / heavy industry preferred Skills must be transferable to shipbuilding Plumbers must detail pipework, materials & techniques on CV Rates:
Days:
Locals £20.10 PAYE | Non-locals £28.10 PAYE Nights:
Locals £26.73 PAYE | Non-locals £34.73 PAYE (Umbrella rates available – full rate card on request) Benefits:
