Steel Fitter / Steel Erector - Glasgow

Salary: £22 per hour + enhanced overtime rates (dependent on experience)

Global Recruitment is seeking an experienced Steel Fitter to join our client's highly skilled team.

• Fitting, fabrication, and welding to a high standard, with a focus on architectural steelwork.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Working independently in both workshop environments and on customer premises.
• Demonstrating flexibility across all aspects of engineering and working hours.
• Supervisory or leadership duties are advantageous but not essential.

• Proven experience fabricating architectural and structural steel.
• Ability to work with initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
• Valid CSCS Card (required).
• IPAF Certification (Preferred).

• Competitive hourly rate £22/hr.
• Enhanced overtime pay for additional hours worked.
• Opportunity to work on multiple sites with a highly skilled team.
