We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a growing team delivering reactive and planned maintenance services across domestic properties and housing association contracts throughout Glasgow.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent local work, a company van, and long-term stability within a well-established organisation.

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs within domestic and social housing properties
• Complete planned maintenance works as scheduled
• Diagnose faults and provide effective repair solutions
• Carry out installations and replacements of plumbing systems and components
• Repair pipework, leaks, taps, toilets, showers, cylinders, and associated fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork
• Deliver excellent customer service when working within occupied properties
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber within domestic or social housing environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Good communication skills and professional manner

• Experience working on housing association contracts
• Relevant plumbing qualifications (SVQ/NVQ or equivalent)
• Knowledge of compliance and health & safety standards within social housing

• £38,000 annual salary
