Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) – Glasgow – £46,994.00 (salary including on‑call standby 1:4) – Permanent

• Complete the PPM agreed schedule ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid‑down procedures.
• Respond promptly and positively to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk and carry out repairs within agreed timescales and response times; update job status afterwards.
• Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including air handling units with gas‑fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
• Identify non‑repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, making recommendations regarding suitable replacements.

• Hold recognised Commercial Gas qualifications – at least four of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP

• F Gas (2079) qualified.
• 17th or 18th Edition (Desirable).

• 25 days of annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
• Overtime.
• Travel allowance after ½ hour each way.
• Van, fuel card, tools, uniform and IT equipment provided.
