The Role

We’re recruiting a time-served Commercial Plumber to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, covering sites across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a mobile role working on commercial buildings only, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance within live environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs across FM contracts

* Work on hot & cold water systems, pipework, sanitaryware, and associated plant

* Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in occupied buildings

* Complete PPM tasks and reactive call-outs in line with SLAs

* Ensure all works comply with H&S and statutory requirements

* Complete job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

* Time-served plumber (essential)

* Proven experience in commercial / FM environments

* Based within the Central Belt of Scotland

* Full UK driving licence

* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
