JOINER - REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
Glasgow
£20-£21 per hour | 40 hours per week
Van & Fuel Card Provided

Long-Term, Ongoing Contract
The Role:You'll be carrying out day‑to‑day reactive maintenance in occupied domestic properties, responding to repair requests from council tenants.
Key Responsibilities:- Reactive repairs to doors, windows, locks, and frames
- Kitchen unit and worktop repairs/replacements
- Flooring repairs (laminate, timber, thresholds)
- Skirting boards, architraves, and general 1st/2nd fix work
- Minor repairs following plumbing or electrical works
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing a professional service to tenants and council representatives
Offer:
- £20-£21 per hour (depending on experience)
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Van and fuel card included
- Long-term, continuous work
- Immediate start available (26/01)
