We are working with a well-established contractor delivering reactive maintenance services for local councils across Glasgow. Due to continued demand, they are looking for experienced Joiners to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

The Role:

You’ll be carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance in occupied domestic properties, responding to repair requests from council tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reactive repairs to doors, windows, locks, and frames

* Kitchen unit and worktop repairs/replacements

* Flooring repairs (laminate, timber, thresholds)

* Skirting boards, architraves, and general 1st/2nd fix work

* Minor repairs following plumbing or electrical works

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

* Providing a professional service to tenants and council representatives
