BIT Technician - Branding & Installs (Glasgow)

, based in Glasgow

As a BIT Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our ATM network looks and performs at its best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation & Uplift
  :
  Installing and removing lobby ATMs in line with Standard Operating Procedures and weekly schedules.
• ATM Preparation
  :
  Staging ATMs by loading software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and rebranding uplifted machines for redeployment.
• Branding Excellence
  :
  Installing and maintaining bespoke ATM branding across our UK estate.
• Customer Interaction
  :
  Delivering exceptional service in a customer-facing role while liaising with internal teams.
• Record Keeping
  :
  Maintaining accurate stock records, usage logs, and time management.

This role requires flexibility for UK travel and occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.

• Prior ATM knowledge and experience with internal programs (preferred).
• Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills

• Excellent IT skills and ability to follow procedures.
• A clean driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.
