PIPEWORK SERVICES ENGINEER - SCOTTISH EVENT CAMPUS

Comprising the SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and the OVO Hydro, the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) is Scotland's premier venue for events, gigs, conferences, and exhibitions. • Maintenance paperwork and documentation, ensuring this is compliant and always audit ready.
• Regular site walk‑rounds and maintenance checks on equipment, infrastructure and systems (plumbing, gas, sprinklers and HVAC).
• Installation of temporary pipework for the running of events, conferences and exhibitions across the site.
• Support external production event teams for event delivery HVAC requests etc.
• Tool usage proficiency with hand and power tools e.g. pipe cutters, wrenches, pneumatic press machinery, drills etc.
• Fixture installation installing toilets, sinks, showers, dishwashers, water heaters etc.

• Provide proactive Site Maintenance.
• Provide Event Delivery and Support.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Fully qualified Plumber with experience in maintenance of water services systems (5 years post‑apprenticeship experience preferred).
• Experience with fault‑finding, and breakdowns preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, safety‑first attitude.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
• Gas Safe Registered.
• Qualified in Commercial and domestic gas safety.
• Legionella Level 3 Responsible Person qualification.
