Mobile Fabric Technician - Glasgow (Small Local Patch)
£30,000 per year + Benefits + Van & Fuel Card
A leading FM provider is looking for a reliable Mobile Fabric Technician to join their team, covering a small, local area around Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone with solid general maintenance skills who enjoys a varied day and working across nearby commercial sites. The company is well known for stability, internal progression, and ongoing training.
On Offer- £30,000 per year
- Company van & fuel card
- Small, manageable mobile patch (no long-distance travel)
- Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish available)

- Carry out general building fabric maintenance across a small portfolio of local sites
- Basic plumbing tasks (leaks, tap replacements, unblocking sinks, etc.)
- Carpentry and joinery (doors, locks, hinges, ironmongery)
- Painting and decorating
- Minor handyman repairs and reactive works
- Support specialist trades when required
- Maintain tools and ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- General building fabric maintenance
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry/Joinery
- Painting & decorating
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple local sites
- Strong customer-facing approach
- Previous experience in a fabric technician, caretaker, handyman, or general maintenance role
- Basic trade qualifications beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (required for mobile role)
