Up to £29,000 + Paid Overtime + Company Vehicle

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our facilities in top shape. From planned maintenance and inspections to responding to urgent issues, you’ll make sure everything runs safely and efficiently. Expect variety – one day you might be supervising contractors, the next fixing gates or completing compliance checks like water safety, fire safety, and building integrity inspections.

What we’re looking for

* Practical skills in maintenance – plumbing, painting, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, heating systems

* Strong time management and communication skills

* Knowledge of health & safety regulations

* A clean driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites

* Experience in facilities management or willingness to upskill
