Internal sales advisor

Location: Strathaird, 12 Mossland Rd, Hillington Park, Glasgow G52 4XZ

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Advisor

• Handle a multitude of different customer inquiries both over the telephone and face to face at the trade desk. These could be sales enquiries, processing quotations, planning deliveries, answering product related questions, up selling and helping customers solve problems.
• The Internal Sales Advisor will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• The role is varied and you will work as part of a branch team. You will be expected to help in the warehouse, this could be picking orders, receiving supplier deliveries and operating the fork-lift truck.
• Are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a busy environment in a team with a varied range of tasks, this could be the opportunity for you.
• It is expected that this person is proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel) and has experience of using ERP systems.
