• Leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on converting player enquiries into placements
• Managing the full pipeline from initial enquiry through to successful conversion
• Owning revenue performance, forecasting, and overall commercial targets
• Working alongside marketing to optimise lead generation and improve the conversion funnel
• Refining sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting structures to improve performance
• Coaching and mentoring team members to consistently raise individual and team results

• Previous experience leading and developing a sales team
• Proven experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and revenue performance
• Experience with commercial reporting and P&L responsibility
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams to strengthen lead generation and funnel performance
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activity and reporting
