Walk into hospitality venues across Glasgow and Edinburgh. Talk to owners and managers. Tell them about Shuffle's game-changing funding model. Get their details. Set meetings for our senior team. Get paid.

What You'll Actually Do:
Monday-Thursday:

Hit the streets

  • Visit upto 15 hospitality venues per day (restaurants, bars, cafes)
  • Find the decision-makers
  • Qualify if they're a good fit
  • Get contact details or book meetings
  • Update CRM on the go
Friday:

Follow ups and plan for next week

  • Office day for admin, team meetings, and weekly planning
  • Glasgow and Edinburgh each week
Target:

40 qualified leads and 15 meetings scheduled per month

Experience:1-2 years in sales, lead gen, or business development (hospitality background a massive plus)

Do I need a car?

Not essential as both cities have great public transport. But if you have one, we'll cover mileage.

Is this door-to-door sales?

Yes and no. You're walking into hospitality venues during business hours, not knocking on residential doors. Business conversations with professionals, not interrupting people's day at home.

What if I don't know anything about business funding?

We'll train you. Week 1 is all about learning Shuffle's model, pitch, and process.

Can I really earn £50k in Year 1?

Top performers can. Most hit £40k-£45k. It's uncapped, so it's genuinely up to you.

What's the catch?

No catch. It's hard work. You'll walk a lot. You'll hear "no" a lot. But if you can handle that and stay consistent, the money and career progression are real.
