You will manage key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales targets across a range of sectors. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project delivery.

• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Technical understanding of safety solutions is desirable but not essential.
