The RoleAs an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Booking qualified meetings with prospective clients for senior sales colleagues
- Executing a multi-channel outreach strategy
- Targeting senior decision-makers, including C-suite and Directors
- Building strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Identifying new business opportunities and conducting discovery conversations
- Creating personalised outreach to maximise engagement and response rates
- Collaborating closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth
- Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people daily
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to understand client challenges
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Team player who thrives in a high-performing environment

- £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (strong earning potential)
