Area Sales Manager - Education Furniture Solutions

Field sales role selling high‑quality manufactured furniture solutions for the education sector across North, Scotland, Ireland & Scandinavia.

• Sell to dealers, large education furniture manufacturers, LEAs, MATs, schools, colleges & universities.
• Problem‑solve, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customer needs.
• Manage existing accounts with an element of new business.
• Handle orders ranging from £3k to £150k; average order £3k‑£6k.
• Inherit a current patch achieving £1m.

• Proven track record in field sales to furniture dealers or the education sector.
• Experience with lockers, stages, tables, chairs (other furniture backgrounds acceptable).
• Highly motivated, self‑starter, excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Strong time‑management, focused & customer‑service oriented.

• Remuneration £35k‑£40k + circa £14k commission.
• £6k car allowance & full benefits package.

North / Scotland‑based, occasional travel to Scandinavia (once a quarter or less).
